The webinar was attended by more than 200 individuals. Media, terrorism and governance have a complex and multi-faceted relationship which needs better understanding for comprehensive policy implementation. There should be proper regulations asserted by governments around the world for the media houses and the governments should also ensure that they are governing effectively, especially in the regions which are more susceptible to be influenced by the terrorists. The session was chaired by Dr. Prabha Rao-IAS,Executive Director of the South Asian Institute for Strategic Affairs and Distinguished Scholar at the Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses, New Delhi.
