The GCTC Manthan again brought a webinar on the topic ‘’Pakistan, China and North Korea: A convergence Diplomatic Ideology and Practicality’’. The first session of the webinar was welcomed by a brief examination of the topic by the Session Chair-Former Ambassador Suresh Goel, and the prominent speakers were Lt Gen Naeem Khalid Lodhi-former Pakistan Defence minister, Amb. Abdul Basit- Former Pakistan High Commissioner to India, Prof. Alka Acharya, Prof Vijanti Raghavan, Joyeeta Basu-Editor of the weekly Newspaper Sunday Guardian and followed by questions and answers from the audience.
The second session of the webinar was chaired by Krishna Verma-Former special Secretary to the Government of India, and the prominent speakers were Amb. TCA Raghavan-Former Joint Secretary to The Ministry of External Affairs, Amb. Skand Ranjan Tayal, Prof.(Dr). Rityusha Tiwari, Prof.(Dr). Vladimir Soutnikov, Jonathan Granoff-Nobel Peace Prize Nominee, Shakti Sinha(IAS)-Diretor of Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Policy Research and International Studies, Prof. Pankaj Jha, Mr. Karthikeya Sharma-Political Editor at WION News, and followed by the interaction through questions and answer.
