Global Counter Terrorism Council organized a special talk with Brigadier Vinod Dutta on Special Talk on Radicalization of warfare.He continued by saying that Clausewitz wrote about the strategy of attrition and tackling the enemy. blitzkrieg was used in 1945. The strategy used by China is the mouse holding strategy which
states to live in enemy cohesion. after the cold war strategy of counter-insurgency came. Terrorists have goals and policies if their capacity is weak they are going to have covert warfare. Their target is youth. they exploit state efficiencies and youth weaknesses are the best example of terrorism at war terrorists see themselves as fighting for a cause. They are not clinically psychotic. Terrorists are rational people who are indoctrinated.
